+1 Angry Brooklyn Child

Hi all!

I'm Kit and I am new! I come here bearing Spot Conlon from Newsies.
He is an angry child with fire powers so have fun with that.
He's the leader of the Brooklyn newsies and is used to taking on a lot of responsibility, so this whole actually being a kid thing is... kind of new to him.

Yes, he really is called Spot, yes he will murder you if you make any dog jokes (especially because he was assigned to work as a dog trainer at the animal shelter!)
Yes he has a real name (it's Sean) and he will murder you even more if you use that. (Consider it a trigger IC, OC I'd be delighted if you hit him with it).

He reacts to 90% of emotions by getting angry and he likes to push people away (please do not let him).

Uh... that's all I can think of right now, he's assigned to live at Eglaf Government Housing Apt 201 and as I said he's working as a Dog Trainer in Training at Happy Tails Animal Shelter.

So nice to meet those of you I haven't met and excited to play again with those I have, please hit me up if you would like to do anything. These days I'm actually easiest hit up on discord, kit#9413, or just reply here!

Heyyy! I have way too many so I'm just gonna do a quick rundown:

Derek Hale • Teen Wolf - He's 31, from post-canon, and has several months of CRAU from Mask or Menace. You're already familiar with him so I'll leave it at that.
Casey Kent [personal profile] caseyk • Future Kid OC - Casey is the 22-year-old future daughter of Darcy Ainsley from Emily Giffin's novel Something Blue and Superman. Actual Superman. She's basically born of CRAU and her parents met in a place like this (a game called War Is Coming in my IJ days). Like her dad, she stands for all that is good in the world and, like her dad, she's super awkward, so there's that. She also has all of her dad's abilities, so she's essentially Supergirl (and that's her nickname back home) and didn't gain anything new bc she's already grossly overpowered. She comes from a world where fictional characters are fully aware that they're fictional characters, so she's used to being a celebrity of sorts without ever actually earning it. She doesn't love it. She DOES love taking people flying, coffee dates, music, having a gym buddy, and making female friends bc holy crap all her friends back home are dudes.
Eddie Kaspbrak [personal profile] riskanalyst • It Chapter Two - He's 40, neurotic af, and a recovering hypochondriac who died fighting a killer clown from outerspace. (He's post-death so...he's sort of having an existential crisis, nbd; he's working through it.) He is now, however, immune. To everything. Every.thing. You can drop a piano on his head and he'll walk away without a scratch. He also has "herd immunity" so you can be walking beside him and holding his hand and have that piano dropped on your head, too, and walk away unscathed, so long as you're keeping physical contact with him. No more allergies, no asthma, no illness, no nothing. Eddie is, essentially, immortal now. He's still in denial about this and largely operates as normal, though.
Lydia Martin [personal profile] sanguinescry • Teen Wolf - She's post-canon, so she's 20 and just finished her Bachelor's at MIT; she'd been getting ready to start working toward her Masters. She's working with Peter Parker to try to figure out how to fix the broken portals so that they can all go home.
Caleb Michaels [personal profile] atypically • The Bright Sessions (podcast) - He's 18 now and has a couple of months of CRAU from Mask or Menace, but Caleb is canonically an incredibly powerful Empath who has a difficult time parsing his own feelings from those of others and who struggles with anger management issues (oops?). Through the portal, he gained the ability to heal people but he doesn't know that yet. He's a good kid, though, and he really does mean well. Gym rat, works at Target, misses playing football, here.for.it. with video games.
Number Five (Hargreeves) [personal profile] solipsistically • The Umbrella Academy - Crochety 58-year-old alcoholic former superhero who's trapped in the his pre-pubescent 13-year-old body thanks to a time and spatial jump gone wrong. The calculations were off and he got where he needed to be to prevent the Apocalypse he spent 45 years in, alone, with only the head and torso of a mannequin to keep him company but, you know, old man conscience in a teen body, so that sucks. He's...a dick, but I think I remember you being familiar with this canon, so that shouldn't come as a surprise to you. Pretends not to care about anyone other than himself, but in reality, is a softy who has all but adopted Primrose Everdeen from The Hunger Games as his ward. Never mind that she cooks and cleans, he will murder you super fucking dead if you even look at her wrong.
Sarah Sanders [personal profile] ltbrownnoser • Whoniverse OC - 30, from the year 5023, used to work as a Time Agent in artifact recon, bopping around time and space to make sure that stolen artifacts were returned to their proper timeline. Sex addict, drunk, polyamorous party girl who is living her best life and fuck anybody who doesn't like it. Thinks monogamy is for people in denial about the fact that they're clearly polyam bc hi, humans are not good at monogamy, if you ask her. If you want someone to have a fun time with, she's yer girl, but if you want someone as a confidant, there's nothin' to see here. Through the portal, she's gained the ability to teleport without the aid of her Vortex Manipulator (stolen from the Time Agency when it disbanded and confiscated by H.E.R.O. Labs when she came through the portal).

Welcome, welcome! Can't wait to play with you! :)

Caleb's anger issues are like...less that he has problems with his own anger and more that he gets into kind of feedback loop with that emotion in particular and nearly beat somebody to death for it once, so like...that one thing is a little touchy but I do think that otherwise, he'd get on pretty well with Spot. :) Five is such a shithead but if we can get past that part, lmfao!

I'm pumped and looking forward to their interactions!
