Hello! Apparently having one Allison wasn't enough, now I'm adding this one to the mix. This is Allison Hargreeves from The Umbrella Academy. I'm also taking her from the end of s1. Since her larynx was injured before the season ended, she will be arriving with a bandage on her neck and unable to speak. The communication bracelet will help her on the network, and in person she will be able to use telepathy to project her thoughts. Her telepathy is only one-way, so she will not be reading thoughts, it's merely for communication purposes.
Permission post with information about her powers can be found here, please let me know if you're okay/not okay with her using this on your character! Primarily the telepathy; she's not planning on using her 'rumor' abilities on anyone. If she's not able to use telepathy, she would just use text so it's not a problem at all. :)
